PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION NOTICE

This Information Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about for which purposes your personal data is processed by YENİ GÜZELCE KURUYEMİŞ VE BAHARAT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ in its capacity as the data controller, to whom and for which purposes your personal data may be transferred, the methods and legal grounds for collecting personal data, and your rights under the KVKK.

To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the scope of the KVKK,

To request notification of correction, deletion and destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

To object to the occurrence of a result against them by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

and delivering it through the following methods:

Applications will be answered as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, provided that identity verification can be completed.
