GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND LEGAL LIABILITIES
It is recommended that the User Agreement, which includes the terms, rules and legal liabilities stated below, be read before using

This agreement determines the terms under which the User (“User” or “Member”) who registers on the website

Anyone who uses the Website is deemed to have accepted the terms set forth in this agreement in advance.
ARTICLE 1: USAGE AND SECURITY RULES
The website www……………….com is open to all users, and services are free of charge unless otherwise stated. The website management may block user access in the following cases:
1.1. Submission of false, incomplete or misleading information; sharing content contrary to public morals or in violation of the law.
1.2. Unauthorized copying of the website content.

ARTICLE 2: RESPONSIBILITIES

2.3. The User is responsible for complying with Turkish laws and applicable legislation.
2.4. If inappropriate use is detected, the account may be suspended or terminated.
2.5. Actions that hinder the experience of other users are prohibited.

2.7. Membership cancellation may be initiated by the User and cannot be reversed.
2.8. The Company is not responsible for relationships or disputes between Users.
2.9. If section-based special rules exist, the User is deemed to have accepted such rules.
2.10. Reading the Privacy Policy and Clarification Text is recommended.
2.11. Responsibility for information provided during purchases lies with the User.
ARTICLE 3: TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
If the User violates the provisions of this agreement, the Company may terminate the membership and cancel the agreement.
If the User does not correct the violation, services may be suspended. Suspension may also occur due to unauthorized access or legal obligations.
ARTICLE 4: PRIVACY
User information will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties.
All technical and administrative measures are taken against violations of the privacy policy.
The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites linked within the Website.
User information may be shared with authorized authorities in situations where legal obligations require.
ARTICLE 5: FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that obligations cannot be fulfilled due to reasons beyond the control of the parties—such as natural disasters, war, strikes or infrastructure interruptions—the parties shall not be held liable.
In such cases, obligations are suspended.
ARTICLE 6: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
ARTICLE 7: RIGHT TO MODIFY
The Company reserves the right to amend the provisions of this Agreement.
Modifications become effective once they are published on the Website.
ARTICLE 8: EVIDENTIAL AGREEMENT
In the event of disputes between the parties, all electronic and written records belonging to the Company shall be accepted as conclusive evidence.
ARTICLE 9: NOTIFICATIONS
The email address provided by the User to the Website shall be considered the valid legal notification address.
Unless a change of email address is reported, the registered email address remains valid.
Emails sent by the Company are deemed delivered after 1 (one) day.
ARTICLE 10: DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ENFORCEMENT
For any disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement, İstanbul Anadolu Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
This Agreement enters into force upon completion of the membership process.
