CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL
When you place an electronic order through the website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract.
Buyers are subject to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and related regulations.
Shipping fees shall be paid by the Buyer.
The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the legal period of 30 days. If not delivered, the contract may be terminated.
The product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the order, and accompanied by a warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
If the product cannot be supplied, notification must be made within 3 days and the payment must be refunded within 14 days.
NON-PAYMENT OF THE ORDER
If the Buyer fails to make payment or if the payment is cancelled, the Seller is not obligated to deliver the product.
UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
If unauthorized card use is detected after delivery and payment is not made, the product must be returned within 3 days, with shipping costs belonging to the Buyer.
DELIVERY IN FORCE MAJEURE SITUATIONS
In case of force majeure, the Buyer shall be notified. The Buyer may cancel the order, request replacement with a similar product, or choose to wait.
If the payment was made in cash, the refund shall be completed within 14 days.
If a credit card was used, the refund will be made to the bank; the bank may take 2–3 weeks to reflect the refund to the Buyer’s account.
BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and request a damage report from the cargo company if the product is damaged. If the product is received without reporting damage, the product will be deemed delivered undamaged.
If the right of withdrawal will be exercised, the product must not be used and must be returned together with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery of the product without providing any justification.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
In service purchases, the period begins with the signing of the contract. If performance of the service has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
Written notification must be made to the Seller within 14 days and the product must not be used.
USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To proceed with a return, the following must be submitted completely:
Invoice (If the invoice is corporate, a return invoice must also be issued.)
The product including its packaging, accessories and return form.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice, payment and documents shall be refunded within 10 days and the product shall be collected within 20 days.
Damages caused by user error must be compensated. The Buyer is not responsible for defects resulting from normal use under proper conditions.
If the return causes the total order amount to fall below the campaign/discount threshold, the discount will be cancelled and recalculated.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products customized for personal needs, products not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons, products whose packaging has been opened, electronic services, digital content, etc.
Return is also not available for cosmetics, software, and CD/DVD products if the packaging has been opened.
DEFAULT IN PAYMENT
In case of default in payments made by credit card, interest and costs may be demanded by the bank. The Buyer is responsible for all damages arising from delay.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment may be made by bank transfer/EFT.
Online payment and installment options are available. The order amount will be charged to the credit card at the end of the transaction.
